Our Story
In 1995, Marco and Sofia Rossi brought their family's century-old pizza recipes from Naples to Yountville, California. What started as a small family dream has grown into Punch Pizza, where every pizza tells a story of tradition, passion, and authentic Italian craftsmanship.
Our wood-fired ovens, imported directly from Italy, reach temperatures of over 900°F, creating the perfect char and flavor that defines true Neapolitan pizza. Each dough ball is hand-stretched, topped with the finest San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella di bufala.
Today, we remain committed to the same values that guided our founders: quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and treating every guest like family.
